Zegatron Pvt Ltd is looking for a Business Development Executive who is responsible for developing growth in the company through increased sales and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and bring new customers through online freelancing platforms and internal brands.
- Plan and work on the strategy to achieve monthly targets.
- Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) professionally and creatively.
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on-call meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
- Communication with International Clients via Call/Chat/Email.
- Regular Communication with the internal production team and managers regarding projects and/or clients.
- Attend regular sales meetings initiated by leads/managers.
- Update Customer database on a daily basis using internal CRM.
- Track and update sales numbers on given documents.
- Help coordinators manage their own projects on a regular basis and keep track of updates.
- Follow SOPs as communicated by the manager.
- Help team members in target achievements in any way possible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- 6 Months to 1 year of Sales Experience
- Previous sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Excellent Written and verbal communication
- You are highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Timing (Night Shift): 7 PM – 4 AM
