We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and deliver exceptional network services.
- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Configure and maintain network services such as DNS, and VLANs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for network enhancements and improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other IT staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols including TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, or similar networking equipment.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with network security best practices and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Timings: 1pm -10pm
Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 90,000
